Cat Has Super Rare Flawless Split Of Grey And Black Fur On Face

In the world of feline models, this kitty is truly the crème de la crème.

The rare British short hair cat is two-faced, in the best way ever. He has a completely flawless split of grey and black fur divided perfectly down her face.

The rare markings are thought to be the result of two embryos fusing together, creating two halves, split with a remarkably straight line.

With strikingly blue eyes to go along with the split face, Narnia is the star of his own Instagram page ‘The Amazing Narnia’.

Here’s an adorable photo of him as a newborn kitten…

The exact cause of Narnia’s striking appearance is not known, but this mysterious look is found on chimera cats, which are as a result of the merging of two fertilised eggs, or two early embryos in a mother’s womb.

Chimeras do not only occur in the cat world, they can even occur in humans, though most people wouldn’t even notice if they had the condition as signs can be as subtle as a patches of different coloured hair.

Narnia lives in France with his owner and they recently took a trip to the Paris Animal Show.

A beautiful Yin and Yang.
